Systemic Coach in Freiburg (Black Forest)

Perhaps you are so fortunate to have somebody around with whom you may freely talk about just everything. And perhaps this person will not feel the relationship with you is threatened in some way because you consider changing somthing in your life. And perhaps this person will not judge you in any way, not provide you with well-meant advice you never asked for, but just listens - and perhaps does not either categorise your thoughts into right or wrong or by any standards he or she feels morally more appropriate. If you are this fortunate, then - happy you - you probably do not need a coach. In many other cases, it can be worth considering to have some benevolent company for a short stretch of your path, at least until you recover a clear view of your direction, your values and perhaps even of a few deeper reasons for your presence on this planet. After that short accompaniment, you are back in your self-reliance and can manage the rest on your own again, without further help. Here come a few questions people carry within them, questions that may have been tenaciously sticking in their mind for quite a while and will not got away. If you carry thoughts of these kinds, you might consider a few sessions with a coach to sort things out.
What could I need a coach for ?
And what is it that coaching is not? First of all: coaching pursues a goal, one that you define for yourself. We work towards that goal. We work out resources both existing and to be developed that will back you on your way there, and beyond. Therefore coaching is oriented towards goals and resources. Coaching is no therapy, does not replace a therapy, and any "healing" is neither intended nor expected as a side effect. For instance, If you experience the sense of emptiness mentionend above not in one single area but in most or all parts of your life, then you should perhaps seek a professional therapist. Of course, coaching can be used alongside a therapy to prepare the future and find goals for better times to come once the therapy itself is successful, or just to develop some vision for your future that will carry you through a difficult phase of life. And perhaps, just perhaps, if being coached while being a healthy person today helps you find a clearer path into a more fulfilling life, then it might be that the human being you will be in the future will never need a therapy precisely because of that, because you did not lose your way. Coaching is no consulting. You will get no recipes, no psycho-hacks oder user instructions for your life. Because (as much as this may come as a platitude) your answers and solutions are something that you already carry withing yourself. You might just not know it yet. Well, OK, perhaps I might share some experience or insight with you from time to time, if it seems to appropriately nourish the process. But what you do with that is entirely up to you. Coaching is not work (except of course for the coach). On this website, you might find something written about our "working" together. But you may be surprised how far-reaching changes can be obtained with methods that are actually playful and sometimes outright fun.

What could I need a coach for ?
I am doing quite well, thank you. Yet for some time now, there is this diffuse impulse, some inner voice that seems to call for a change. But what change? And how?
These unpleasant things, situations, outcomes just keep repeating over and over again, relationships always seem to take this familiar, unpleasant turn, and I do not know why.
My life seems OK. It works. But sometimes, there is this inner sense of emptiness...
The world quite overwhelms me, changes come so fast, there is so much divisiveness and polarisation. I do not know what to think or how to act, cannot find my path. That is all a bit too much, I have trouble coping with it.
I always try to fulfill the expectations of those around me and adjust to them. But as a result, I seem to have lost myself.
I have the feeling I am in a dead end: The whole of it does not really make sense to me.
I always find myself in the same old patterns, and they keep me from having a good life and getting along well with my fellow humans.
I have this feeling that everybody was handed the user manual for this world, except me.
What does life want to tell me with this?
What are my actual dreams for my life?
I am so deep down in the details that I lost sight of the grander picture.
It is difficult for me to take decisions because I never know along which standard or benchmark to take them.
Soon, this and that is going to happen to me. It seems so big and overwhelming. Where should I start anyway?
I have this life-changing decision to make and I just cannot decide.
